This is the Novae Caelum Studios website. We collect as little as possible, and we do not sell the information you give us. The service providers described below process information to operate the site and handle your requests.
What we collect
Information you enter in our contact form, Fiction.show waitlist, and premiere-notices signup:
- Your email address, on these forms.
- Your name and message, and inquiry topic, on inquiry forms.
We use it to reply to you and to send the updates you asked for. Nothing else.
Who processes it
- Formspree receives form submissions and forwards them to us by email.
- Vercel hosts this site and keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses.
- Fonts are served with this website. Loading a page does not request typefaces from Google Fonts.
- Vimeo and YouTube load when you open an embedded video player. Direct video links take you to the relevant provider’s site.
Studio Notes posts may display images hosted by Substack. Your browser requests those images from Substack when they load. Links to original posts take you to Substack for subscriptions, comments, and any member content.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Embedded Vimeo and YouTube players may set their own cookies once you open them.
Keeping and deleting your data
We keep inquiries and signups until you ask us to remove them. Email hello@novaecaelumstudios.com to see what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted, and we will action it.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it.
